Once a team member (or team members) joins your team, you will be responsible for supervising their work, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and instructing them on how your company operates. They are treated as regular employees. We also conduct regular check-ins with both you and the team member to ensure everyone is satisfied with the arrangement.

During our discovery call, we'll delve into your staffing requirements and handpick the top candidates for your interview. Once you've found your perfect match, our team will assist yours in getting them up and running. We offer standard hardware and software, such as Office 365, and our IT department is available to assist with any unique software your business uses. With our streamlined hiring process, you can get the workforce you need quickly and efficiently.

We've got you covered! When it comes to human resources, compliance, and state-related needs like taxes, you can trust us to handle it all. You won't have to worry about a thing because we've got everything under control. Once your applicant begins working, we'll send you an invoice for the employees assigned to your team. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest!

We strongly believe in the importance of adaptability. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to end our contracts with just 30 days' notice.

That's correct! Your team member is currently employed full-time by your company, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our international team members are available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, ensuring that you have ample time to communicate and collaborate with your offshore team. We believe that effective communication is key to a successful working relationship, and we're committed to ensuring that your team has the support they need to thrive.

In light of the recent global shift towards remote work, it's clear that the world has changed irrevocably. However, rather than resist this change, we encourage you to embrace it, as it offers access to a vast offshore workforce and a broader pool of potential team members. While your new team member can certainly use popular communication tools like Teams or Zoom, we highly recommend providing them with a company email address. This ensures a more professional and streamlined communication process and provides an added layer of security for your company's confidential information. Don't let the remote work revolution pass you by - embrace it and reap the benefits!

Rest assured, your data security is of utmost importance to us. All of our employees have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
